1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MindSee, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use MindSee to generate images for your personal or internal business purposes, subject to these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy.

3. Disclaimer

The materials on our website are provided on an 'as is' basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

4. Credit System and Payments

MindSee sells memberships that grant monthly credits and credit packs that do not expire. Purchases are one-time payments. Payments are currently accepted in Chinese yuan (CNY) via Alipay only.

Once a payment is successfully processed, membership time or credits will be added to your account. To request a refund, contact support@mindsee.app. The price and availability of plans may change without prior notice.

Free credits may be provided as part of promotional offers such as a signup bonus. These credits are subject to the terms communicated when they are issued.

5. Prohibited Content

You may not use MindSee to generate NSFW, pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive content, or other material prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may refuse generation, suspend accounts, or remove content that violates these rules.

6. Third-Party Models

Image generation currently uses GPT Image 2 and GPT Image 2.5, which are provided by a third-party model supplier. MindSee is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by that supplier.

7. Limitations

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
