Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This policy explains what you may not generate or attempt to generate with MindSee. It applies to all prompts, reference images, and published works.

2. Prohibited Use

You may not use MindSee to create, request, or share:

• NSFW, pornographic, explicit, or sexually suggestive content
• Content that is harmful, violent, or that exploits or endangers others
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation of a real person
• Content that infringes someone else's intellectual property or other rights

3. Enforcement

We screen prompts before generation and may refuse a request, remove published works, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
